Welcome Home in Valencia's Historical City Center,
Three bright studios and an apartment are at your disposal.

The studios are in a newly renovated building located at the heart of Valencia's historical quarters, at an intersection of streets that take you through urban landscapes which combine the traditional and the modern.

The kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom areas make up one open space with 4 balconies overlooking the street. On the first, second and third floor, no lift, 40 m2:

-Two Studios for four, sleeping in 1 double bed and 2 single sofa beds.
-One studio for six, sleeping in 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, and 2 single sofa beds.

-Flat screen TV, DVD player, FREE WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION
-Cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, teapot and kitchenware.
-Fully equipped bathroom, hair dryer.
-Iron.
Public car park 50 m away.

In the same neighborhood with lift:
-One apartment for six, sleeping in two double bedrooms and one double sofa bed. It has two bathrooms, kitchen and big living rooom.
In Cabanyal neighborhood, close to the beach, a big house with 3 floor, are at your disposal, for ten people, sleeping in three double bedrooms and four individual beds.

Check out until 12 a.m.
All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all you need for a most pleasant stay in the city:
